How do we proceed?
We start with an online introductory meeting to clarify your coaching question and to see if there is a match between us.
Then the actual coaching starts; the number of sessions depends on your question(s) and your needs. A coaching process with me is therefore always tailor-made. Our coaching sessions will preferably take place online via ZOOM, TEAMS, GOOGLE MEET or other online platforms. If you want to be coached by e-mail, we will use the secured e-mailingplatform called Pluform.
The advantage of living and working on the Belgian seaside is that I can also offer you outside coaching in nature: on the beach, along the dunes, towards the harbor or the residential areas of Bredene! Nature is an unsuspected source of symbols and metaphors that contribute to a stronger awareness!
